On November 11, 2022, the company officially completed the merger with the special purpose vehicle for a merger consideration of US$2.5 billion, and was listed on NASDAQ under the symbol “NWTN” on November 14, 2022.
BA7 is pleased to announce that J-Pharma [520A], a Japanese biopharmaceutical innovation company invested in by BA7 Pluralist Investment I, successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on March 25, 2026. This project was led by Managing Partner Bangbang Song and received strong support from Japanese Partner Catherine Li and Ms. Xuan Jing Hu of AMT Law Firm.
